About the role
RedHyve is looking for a QA Engineer to join the remote team of our client – an award-winning eCommerce agency delivering custom Magento-based solutions for global brands.
If you’re passionate about testing, driven by detail, and experienced in working with eCommerce platforms, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- You’ll be part of a cross-functional delivery team, ensuring that every store launch is smooth, every user journey is bug-free, and every deployment meets the high standards clients expect.

- 🚀 Write and execute manual test cases for web and mobile experiences
🚀 Log, track, and follow up on bugs in JIRA
🚀 Collaborate with developers and PMs to ensure delivery timelines are met
🚀 Test integrations, payment systems, and eCommerce workflows
🚀 Perform functional, regression, and cross-browser testing
🚀 Conduct smoke tests during deployment windows
🚀 Review feature specs and identify edge cases before they go live
Requirements
- ✅ 3+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on eCommerce
✅ Previous work in a digital agency or fast-paced delivery environment
✅ Excellent understanding of web testing methodologies and QA processes
✅ Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, or similar
✅ Familiarity with Magento or other eCommerce platforms
✅ Confident in testing responsive designs and third-party integrations
✅ Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and browser dev tools
✅ Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail -

- ✅ Magento project experience (especially M2)
✅ Test automation experience (e.g., Cypress, Selenium)
✅ API testing skills
✅ ISTQB or similar certification
