About the role
We are on the lookout for a Project Manager experienced with ecommerce for one of our clients, a top-tier e-commerce agency in Europe. Their portfolio includes collaborations with prominent brands spanning the energy, health, fashion, beauty, and other industries.
As an Ecommerce Project Manager, you will be a part of the Project Management Office, primarily involved in client projects and occasionally internal initiatives. This role reports to the Head of PMO and maintains regular communication with the Service Manager overseeing the account.
Responsibilities
- 🚀 Coordinate and manage the implementation of either a couple of mid-sized projects or one large project.
- 🚀 Define requirements with clients and prepare functional definitions of project requirements, with assistance from the Tech Leader.
- 🚀 Establish project priorities using sprints or other methodologies.
- 🚀 Supervise team workload, time tracking, and assignments across your projects.
- 🚀 Manage client and stakeholder expectations.
- 🚀 Monitor project budgets and deadlines and provide regular progress reports to clients and company management.
- 🚀 Communicate any adverse news to clients, such as changes in project scope, budget adjustments, or team modifications.
- 🚀 Maintain project documentation.
Requirements
- ✅ 3+ years of experience managing ecommerce projects.
- ✅ Understanding of ecommerce operations and related terminology.
- ✅ Proactive approach to helping clients in growing their ecommerce businesses.
- ✅ Proficiency in project management tools, including Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- ✅ Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- ✅ Proficient in written and spoken English at a C1 level.
