About the role
As a Lead Project Manager for Magento / Adobe Commerce projects, you take full ownership of delivering eCommerce solutions succesfully for our customer, a well-known ecommerce agency.
In this role, you work closely with experienced developers, designers, and stakeholders, leading projects from the first conversation to a successful launch and beyond. You shape delivery strategy, guide teams through complex challenges, and build strong relationships with clients who trust you to drive results. Responsibilities
- 🚀 Own and lead end-to-end delivery of Magento / Adobe Commerce projects, including discovery, estimation, roadmap definition, development, launch, and post-release support.
- 🚀 Serve as the primary strategic partner for clients, building long-term relationships through clear communication, trust, and proactive risk management.
- 🚀 Translate business goals into actionable delivery plans, technical scopes, and measurable success criteria.
- 🚀 Manage cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, UX) in distributed environments.
- 🚀 Establish and enforce delivery best practices, Agile/Scrum processes, and reporting standards.
- 🚀 Control scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent projects.
- 🚀 Drive continuous improvement by analyzing delivery metrics, team performance, and client feedback
Requirements
- ✅ Extensive experience managing Magento / Adobe Commerce projects, including custom builds, integrations, and migrations.
- ✅ Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems: payments, ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, shipping, and third-party services.
- ✅ Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and distributed team management.
- ✅ Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to communicate confidently with both C-level executives and technical teams.
- ✅ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and resolve them proactively
