About the role
The client is a leading e-commerce agency in Spain, specializing in working with mid-sized and enterprise-level businesses in Spain and Europe.
As an Akeneo Business Analyst, you'll participate in Akeneo PIM implementations, whether starting a new or updating existing systems. You'll work with brands ensuring optimal data governance and workflow efficiency, maximizing the benefits of Akeneo's features for the clients.
This is a short-term contract position defined by a specific scope of work.
Responsibilities
- 🚀 Active participation throughout the analysis, implementation, and integration cycles of Akeneo PIM.
🚀 Guiding clients through Akeneo's implementation, proposing strategies to enhance workflows and elevate data governance.
🚀 Delivering best practices and guidance in various formats - written documentation, emails, calls, etc.
🚀 Collaborating with clients to provide functional recommendations grounded in experience and aligned with business requirements.
🚀 Offering consistent support and resolving issues tied to Akeneo PIM for our maintenance clients.
Requirements
- ✅ 2-3 years of experience with Akeneo PIM.
✅ Proven track record of implementing and maintaining Akeneo PIM.
✅ Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet usage.
✅ Akeneo Implementation Specialist Certification. - ✅ Ability to work in a team environment
- ✅ Ability to translate functional requirements and use cases into code.
- ✅ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
- ✅ Experience using task tracking and requirement tracking tools such as Jira preferred.
